If you think shakes are a good source of Cals, then you are strongly mistaken, easy to see why you are not putting on more muscle naturally
the ONLY time i put on weight was when i was on d-bol.... go figure. i eat like a godamn horse!!! i cannot gain weight!!!
water weight, not the best thing... and if you've already done dbol and you are as small as your avi pic shows then its obvious you are doing something wrong
ive been working out for a little while (not to hard).
shows real dedication, you should definately go for the easy way out and use gear and hurt your body.
im benching around 6 reps of 4 sets at 90kgs (bout 110kgs at the most..... once lol).
What you bench is not important and shows no relevance for muscle building. I lift very light weights and Im 5'9 230lbs
i dont do to much ab work at the moment mainly chest, arms, back, traps, so ive a got a little gut!... haha.
and no leg workouts? sounds like a solid training routine... goes back to your comment about "ive been working out for a little while (not to hard)."
i understand the GP, i am worried about this bit!! my family are all wide shouldered but short.... im the tallest and my shoulders are around the same.
so what of all the other people who started at like, 17, 18, 19 and 20?? ive seen quite a few who are now ver happy, no problems.... luck??
srry for the mixed up post!!!
so, if ive stopped growing, im healthy, ive been training for a while, im healthy, i eat alot and right and im dedicated to it, whats the problem??
