So here's my situation guys I've currently hit a major brickwall with my squats I just cannot become stronger on them. I've tried having a break from them, changing rep range, different exercises all together and yes my diet is in check.
I was wondering would a few weeks of volume training help my squat improve. For example volume train for 4-6 weeks 10 sets of 10 reps then return to my normal 4 sets of squats rep range 12,10,8,6 benefit my strength and lift?
