    145 lb
    5'9

26 years. I had to go thru a lot(i had to read many books))) in order to get what i wanted, just because i considered myself skinny. Well, i have enough of everything, money , great sexual life, i'm healthy. But still, with my frame, people are underestimating.. and i have to knock down from time to time ppl just because appearances. Did some Aikido (8months) and Kung fu (1year) and gym (6 months) 5-6 years ago , and helped to built some muscle, what you can see, nothing changed, i got same weight when i was 18. I can run fast , long distances, can push more than 170 lb . I look skinny but can do more than the 'normal-consider-themselves' can... some kind of Bruce Lee. Guys here are saying that there 's always a rabbit in the hat, but please somebody help me to do the right decision, i dont kno how to start

well if you are talking about putting on weight and i suppose you are, you need to organize a meal plan and start a training program and give them both time to work.

Get yourself on a consistent workout routine designed to suit your goals, and a nutrition program utilized to throw on some weight. The diet and workout q+a can assist you in getting started.

    Here's a good quote:

"I have yet to find anyone who doesn't respond to food."

What's do you eat on a daily basis?

I'm not sure I even understand what it is you are asking for/about? If it's about building a better base then HP & J4 already told you the best place to start.

Well your not ready. And doing Steroids isn't easy by any means. You have to have a head on your shoulders full of "know how" and the brains to run a smart and safe cycle. On top of that you have stay on a very strict diet to avoid sides, and eat even more to help maintain and progress with the new weight you add each week.

Believe me it's much harder going through a cycle+pct+blood work+pins+side effects+eating vs just eating.

That is just one more reason why you don't need AAS. It's tough to travel when you have to worry about getting caught with illegal substances, pinning schedules, etc.

As far as diet, with your stats, you don't need a perfectly tuned diet to make solid gains. Just try to eat at least 4 meals per day, with around 50g of (meat) protein in each. That's about 8-10 oz of most meats. Limit sugar and try to take in tons of complex (especially whole grain) carbs and unsaturated fats. Figure out how many cals you need to eat in order to maintain your current weight (there are plenty of these calculators online), then eat 500 cals more than that.

    ^^lmao

hey mate. you need to post everything you usually eat in a day.

if you cant theres stickys(how to bulk) in the diet forum that you need to read and then read again. and learn how to diet to achieve your goals.

if you think you cannot grow using food as your anabolic source. then just deal with that you have.

sorry sounds harsh but thats the way it is. steroids aren't a miracle drug.

    how to bulk http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010

OK, well that's just your basal metabolic rate, which doesn't factor in calories burned through exercise and daily activity. Get that number, then add on around 500 calories to determine your current bulking needs.

The color doesn't matter at all, but no. So , guys, what if I can't force myself to consume this amount of calories? Are there some kind of "starters" or smth.. I just can't eat much, swear the god.. In 2-3 mins I may feel full with just an French onion soup

LEARN to eat. no food= no weight gain period. eat your french onion soup and when your full then eat a pound of burger then eat a bowl of oatmeal then in two hours do it again!

practice. that all it takes. just learn to eat 6 meals a day. and try to add more to it each day. or every few.

weight train HARD. i find im always hungry after a good training session.
