Just wondering what you guys are paying for your food to keep up with your diets. Are your buying/resupplying every week? Cooking your meals then freezing them? Main thing im wondering is the price you guys are paying.

Resupplying every week, yes. Cook all my meals throughout the day. I never spend over 200 each time I re-up unless I'm in the mood for junks once in a while which is very rare. This is bulk BTW.
Spending anywhere from $150 - $200/week to feed me and my wife. I shop Sunday morning, cook in bulk enough for a few days (no freezing), and wind up having to cook a smaller second batch around Wed/Thurs (I like my food as fresh as possible).
here in asia, i cant find quality very easy.
my meats are extremely expensive because its all imported. or i get food poisoning. all veggies are imported and cost twice as much.
just to give you an idea... the processed junk is 2.00 u.s dollars a slice. thin slice. steaks are 10 to 12 dollars a cut. honey is 6.dollars for 8ounces, the local honey is nasty. oats are 6 dollars for the small bag, like 24oz hahah,
i would tell you what i pay for supplements but they will delete it,
just bet on this, what ever your paying for ANY supplement, im paying 3X that. guaranteed.

A lot lol! But I try and have the next weeks meat and carbs, already on hand. Hmm just for me I spend bout 150wk and I take care of my gf so whatever she eats I don't know cuz I work outa town all the time. my fridge and freezer is pretty stocked right now. Think my favorate meat right now is thin cut melincia steaks cooks in a minit and easy to chew. It runs about 3.25 a lb. Also I think a good bb diet for non proffesional is about 15 bucks a day that's if you make all of it with no frills.
I think mine is like $200.00 per week as money isn't an issue right now. When it was, I could keep it as low as $50.00. It all depends on what you're willing to settle for. I do know it won't be easy to go back to farm-raised fish, hormone fed meats, and non-organic produce should the day ever come.
Lets put it this way its alot cheaper to be fat ala doller menu at
mc donalds. Lol.
I don't mind spending upwards of $200/week on food. Considering i'd easily drop $20 - $30 each night just for DINNER ALONE (for me and the wife), i'm already saving tons of money.
Add that up with the lunch I bought everyday for $10, and the buttered roll, donuts, sausage biscuits w/ cheese from McD's, etc. - and I was EASILY spending $50/day on food.
Man these guys spend alot of money!!! I'm a cheap ass! I only spend $80.00 a week and that's for me and my lady. tuna, brown rice, sweet potatoes, veggies, chicken breast(walmart), talapia (costco), salman (costco), and rarely I buy steak maybe once a week or every other week. I top out at $100.00-$110.00
Doesn't include protein shakes, vitimans, and supps.
are you asking cost of a cheap proper diet or are you curious what the ave. BB pays? also you have to take into concideration that alot of these people live all over and cost of meats and fish vary dramatically.
Just added mine up for this month and it was about $250.
Lots of chicken breast, steak and protein powder in the mix.
wow you guys spend a ton of money on food, i spend about £100 a month! thats all no thrills cheap meat ect because moneys tight at the moment i can only afford 1 quality protein meat source a day!
Im at about 150 a week mostly chicken, cheap steak, and tilapia
man 200 a week, that's a lot of green. I take care of my money cause man it sure hurts to earn it. I usually spent about 40 a week for meats and give mom another 50 for the house but she also buys some of the stuff i eat. But if it was me alone i would probably do it for under 100 a week. Not including my energy drinks lol
I spend about $300 a month. I try to shop once a month if I can find good bulk deals. I usually pre cut, weigh, & freeze the meats.
Not as good as fresh I know, but bulk keeps the cost down.
That's just for me. Still have to feed the wife & kids on top of that. I spend another $50 or so throughout the month on fresh veggies, fruits, milk etc.
Thanks for the feedback... Im around the 150 range per week. Most grocery stores here in Canada sell these roasted whole chickens for about 10bucks. Geesh, I can easily eat half a one everyday for lunch. Plus the other fixins.
