    Soaking everything in like a sponge

    Hi I am new to this site and steriods in general. I've been researching on this site for a couple of days now and I've very pleased with the amount of information that is provided here on this forum. I've been thinking about going on a cycle for about a year now and now I'm taking the first step by researching. I've been training seriously for about 4 years but have been lifting weights since highschool. I am currently in the Marine Corps and want to step up my physical preformance in endurance sports and strength training. As of right now I think I want to start off with a 12 week cycle of test E at 400-500 mgs per week, with a kick start of Dbol at 20mg every day for the first 4 weeks. While on the cycle I want to run hcg at 250 iu twice a week for the entire cycle along with letro as my AI (I'm not sure at what amount and how often though). and My Pct is going to involve comid and tamox but I'm still alittle confused about how long after my last test e shot to start the pct. Also I pretty sure I continue the hcg and Letro until my last injection of test E as well right? Obviously I still have alot of research to do but I'm definetly on it! Thanks for any comments or suggestions that anyone on the forum could provide me as far as what I've said so far and certain sections on this site that I should read before I start my cycle. And I know I should read everything I can, what I mean is the order in which I read so I'm not bouncing around the forum lost lol. thanks

    Welcome aboard! 1st letro should be used as a last resort, there are much better alternatives out there for AIs. PCT should start roughly 2 weeks after last inj. Also, before you start any of this I strongly recommend you hit the diet forum and let us make sure your diet is in check.

    Will do, I will hit those forums tonight and compare my diet right now to it. As Of Right now I try to have 4 or 5 meals a day consisting of Whole grain pasta 3 chicken breast and bowl of mixed vegetables. when hungry in between I snack on peanuts and that is pretty much it on top of supplementation. I dont count calories but I eat big portions. I tend to burn a ton of calories becasue of my endurance training. I take the basic supplements:
    fish oil pills
    vitamin b-6
    vitamin E
    Glutamine
    Creatine
    BCAA's
    Animal pak for my multivitamin
    Animal flex for joint support
    And a ECA stack:
    (Bitter orange, asprin, caffine)

    I will check out the diet forum and then post my changes and see what u think
