    First Timer Intro

    Hello All,

Like everyone else here I'm googling my tail off looking for info, or should I say separating fact from theory. So far this seems to be the best place to get facts that derive from experience so here I am. In a week or so I'll begin my first ever cycle with a couple seasoned buddies there to guide me. I'll lay out some info but for the most part I just wanted to say hey.. so ya, hey.

    Age
    32
    Weight
    170
    Height
    6 feet

Goal - A proportionate and healthy 195lbs of good hard earned muslce with little or no side effects. I'm told that if I do this right most will be sustainable. Anything more than my goal will just make me happy.

    Cycle Info
Looking like an 8 week cycle of Tes-Susp and Dbol (pill form). My "support group" is debating on including another type of tes to stack... we'll see. I'm getting the feeling that I am a project to them.. in a good way.. on how well WE can do this in the most healthy but productive way. lol

Cant wait to work my ass off and eat like crazy person!!!

    -HB

    Welcome

Post what you eat on a daily basis in the nutrition section and let the boys there critique it. You are very underweight and not cycle ready.

BTW Suspension is the most potent hormone out there; not suitable for beginners.

As soon as I have it laid out in a way that I know I will stick to it I will do that for sure... I'll need the help no doubt.

As for my weight unless someone can tell me how to get to the suggested 200 in less than 6 months, with all do respect, this is going to happen at 170.

Why not the best stuff out there for a begginer? What issues do you forsee? Honestly, from what I've read I have been debating this as well.

There is one way to get your weight up that usually never fails... it's called EATING. If you aren't gaining weight, then consume more food.

The more food you eat, the more weight you'll put on. It's that simple.

As far as the Suspension goes... it's basically like putting a 16 year old boy that's learning how to drive in a Ferrari. Pretty dumb idea right? Yeah, it is.

So, Suspension is like the Ferrari of steroids. It's the quickest acting form of hormone on the market that produces quality gains from a very potent stand-point; and should only be utilized by individuals who know what their doing.

Now, if your going to brush off my advice and cycle at your weight anyways, don't expect much help from me or the majority of the board members here.

Your cycle will be a complete waste if you start it now.

By no means am I brushing you off but for me genetics do not stipulate that eating more means more mass just as an obese person with a thyroid issue cannot lose weight. I have tried for years using weight gainers, eating good food, eating bad food, eating all food only to see minor gains. Just as all users do I feel, as do many others, that without some assistance my ability to gain weight just isn't there. So please do not think that I am simply blowing you off.

With that said I might as well get into some questions that I was going to wait to ask later.. if you would be so humble. I have some educated friends but am smart enough to know that some know more than others or have different "tactics".

    What weight would you suggest?
What kind of cycle would you suggest?
Diet/Supplements? Can get into that later.

    Thank you in advance.

(oh.. and yes. I'm all over the stickies as we speak. Thanks!)

Edit: I'll probably get most of my answers from the stickies so if you don't want to get into my questions I understand. Thx again.

What weight would you suggest? At your height, 200lbs minimum.
What kind of cycle would you suggest? N/A
Diet/Supplements? Can get into that later. Post exactly what you eat in the nutrition section, let the boys critique it, stay on this diet for a few months. Supplements should consist of the basics: multi-vit, free form bcaa, whey isolate, micronized creatine monohydrate, fish oil ect.

    Thank you in advance.

Welcome aboard. Listen to HP, that's great advise! You will have plenty of time to put the pedal down after you get the other basics dialed in. Good luck!
