Hello, I am really new to all of this. 6'2" 31 years old. I went from 338lbs and over 30% bf to 215lbs and 20.4% bf in the last 11 months. Very strict diet, lots of cardio, and muscle loss. I have some lose skin and have been trying to fill it in with muscle and it's not happening as I planned. I know there is losts of reading up I have to do and can't wait to do so. My biggest problem so far is my test levels are in the mid 500's range. I feel a boost to that would really help. My estrogen levels are pretty high I don't know how to read it on my results but they have been high my whole life and until recently I had breast my whole life.
