What up guys, well the reason why i am starting this new diet is cause im trying to drop some body fat. Im at about 19% the goal is to reach 15%.
Her it is:
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs and 5 eggs whites.
Meal 2: protin shake
Meal 3: chicken breast with rice or veggies
Meal 4: protin shake
Meal 5: steak or fish with rice or veggies
Meal 6: protin shake
What you guys think? Im taking in about 250g-300g protin ed.
I dont wana loss the muscle i already have while i drop bf.
