Is this video only about cutting diet? Or is he suggesting that we build lean mass while shredding fat, I thought that was impossible but I'm new to this so... Anyway, I would be injesting say 350 g Protein, 150 g Carbs, and maybe 80 g Fat. With the info he gave me that would add up to a total of around 2720 calories throughout the day. My RMR is about 2300, so if I was on a bulking diet I would not be able to put on a huge amount of mass if I was "bulking"???? Also a very informative video and I will be taking notes in the near future.
