This is a long post, and im sorry, but i had to get it all out.
I am a 19 year old male and i have been bodybuilding off and on since i was 14. Mostly off due to injuries and other mishaps. my longest stint was around a year hardcore when i was 17. I was 6'1" then and weighed a 195 with less than 12% bf(all natural). Im 6'2" now and usually weigh around 160, but i have been training again for a little over a month and im back up to 180. I understand that i have great genetics but that is not enough for me. I have more of a fitness model body than a bodybuilder body. not neccesarily bad but not at all what i am bodybuilding for. I have good knoweledge of excercise and nutrition and i am very strict about both but im not acheiving and will not achieve that brawny thicker look i am trying to achieve without some sort of help. This is my routin im going to be doing for another month and a half to get my muscles used to the wear n tear.
M> Legs & core: 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of deadlifts. back and glute hyperextension + whatever ab excercise im feelin that day.
Tues> Full Upper Body: 2 sets incline barbell press, 2 sets incline dumbell, 5 sets chin/pull ups(different variations),3-5 sets of dips, seated cable row (different variations), High rep military press (injured brachial plexus afraid to go to heavy), 3 sets shrugs than a quick bicep tricep superset before i leave.
I repeat monday on thursday and repeat tuesday on friday.
My diet is damn good and it works very well for me so i wont make this long post even longer
The reason im posting though is because i am really trying to achieve a thicker look and get to around 210 lbs by christmas. I might be able to get up to 190 natural but thats not what im looking for. Im a smart kid and ive done my research and ive picked a deca + test E cycle with nolva + clomid PCT. I was going to wait until i was 20 but im pretty sure im done growing. ( already 3" taller than genetic odds, havent grown in 2 years, starting to put on weight more rapidly, full beard + chest hair, etc.) I could be wrong but i would bet on it. Basically im asking for opinions and/or criticism on taking that cycle at my age (19) with my details.
Once again sorry for the "essay" but i needed to ask and im too meticulous for it to be short n sweet.
