Hey everyone,
I just went through a stressful move across the country and am looking to get back into the strict diet and workout routine I had during college.
Some quick background:
I'm 26
6'2"
195 lbs.
14-15% bf
Got into training around when I was 20, and was in really great shape until 23. More recently, work and personal matters have cut into my routine and I've had a terrible diet, which changed two weeks ago. Since then, I've already cut 8 lbs and 2% off of my bf, and think I can cut a little more without any extra help.
I've never used anabolics before for fear of the side effects, but at this age I want to make the most of my relative youth and put on some lean muscle mass, get in great shape, and up my energy level.
I'd like to give an 8-10 week cycle a try once I feel like I've hit a plateau as far as what my current diet and workout routine will take me (maybe by early October?). Also, a hard workout definitely makes me much more sore now than ever before, so some recovery help would be ideal.
I don't know much about cycles at all beyond what I've read from lurking on these forums for a week. As I understand it, most newbies are recommended to try test e 500mg/week for 8-10 weeks.
I'm not so hot on the idea of shooting my glutes full of an ester (hell, I've never given myself a shot of any kind), but I'm willing to try new things. Anyway, is the test e by itself (with something on standby to help if I have gyno symptoms) going to give me the best bang for my buck? And more importantly, with the least side effects (I particularly don't want to kill my libido)?
I want to be certain of what I'm going to need before I look into procuring it.
