I haven't actually implemented it in any of my diets, so somebody with experience should definitely chime in.
But basically it's exactly as the name states - carb cycling. You rotate high, medium, and low carb days. Personally i'd go with highest carbs on my workout days, not sure if this is the accepted method or not.
