Is there any benifit to cooking eggs?(apart from taste obviously)
I mean do you get the full nutritional value outta raw eggs?

IMO eggs should be cooked for 2 reasons. 1) the bioavailability is higher with cooked eggs, and 2) although risk of salmonella w/ eggs is much much lower than raw chicken, it's still there and why take a chance?
