    Hi ppl

    Hi my name is Nuno and i'm from Portugal. I'm in this world of bodybuilding for 5 years more or less. I love bodybuilding and i'm here to learn more about it and about steroids.i started doing steroids since i started training. but there's a lot of thinks i want to learn so i think this the right place to be.
