Not having any problems or anything at all, but I keep hearing that UGL gear is practically always a tiny bit underdosed, but rarely to the point it is noticeable.

Thats not neccesarily the rule, a good friend of mine had 3 different oils, from 3 different UGL's, tested about 4 moths ago.
1 was a hair under, 1 was 30% under and one was 5% overdosed...it all depends on the skill and ethics of the brewer/seller.
Also certain batches of hormones have less or more purity, alot of UGL's go for bang for buck and in the process get shitty raws, not an intentional move on their part but an unfortunate reality of their trade.
More likely to be oversodosed if its from a good UGL.
I cant see why they would be underdosing the gear
The money they are making on the final product is probably over 10 fold to what the raw materials cost so underdosing by say 10% wouldnt save them much money as the powders are so cheap and alot of the final product cost is in the making of the gear (BA,BB, Filtering, oil etc..)
If they are underdosing gear they are just stupid as it would only cost them penny's to make it as stated
the ugl tren i was on before i made my own again, was severely underdosed. and one wasnt tren at all, im thinking it was just test.
dont ever put logic into why a ugl would do anything. if your product was made in southeast asia. go to southeast asia first and learn about the culture there and its business ethics, and ethics in general. same for persian. then youll understand why things happen. there are a thousand reasons why a product would be underdosed and dirty. i have ugl product that i like. but you always have to wary. it is ugl.
just some thought to share.........
