Test Ethanate 250 MG First Cycle help

I have been lifting weights very seriously for 7 years. I am 25 6'1" 200 lbs. I have a very clean diet and workout six days a week. I just bought test ethanate 250 mg recently but would like any advice prior to starting. This is my first cycle of anything. I would like to know what the best pct will be and what dosing i should be doing as this is my first cycle. My prs are bench 335. squat 385 and deadlift 315. I have small legs.... i know. anyways any help would be greatly appreciated, after seven years of serious training i am gonna give this a try.

My advice would be to do some research before you blindly go injecting yourself w/a foreign compound.

My bodyfat is between 9 and 10 percent. As to injecting a foreign substance into my body blindly, that is not my goal. I am going to research this extensively before I put anything into my body hence the reason I started this thread.

There is plenty of threads through out this forum that have detailed diets, Cycles + advice, gym routines and PCT's. I suggest you check out the topics I've mentioned. Draft together a plan from the research you are going to have to do. Then once you have a draft, make a thread in plenty of detail (make sure you include your updated stats!). Expect plenty of critism from people, but you'll gain plenty of knowlege out of it. I'd suggest you look into Test Ethanate first. Here something for you to start with; http://www.steroid.com/Testosterone-Enanthate.php

Everyone is chill but just telling this guy how and when to shoot test is not gonna help him, if he is gonna research this extensivly like he said, then all the answers he is looking for are in the research. There seems to be a misconception that all you have to do is take sterois and boom your a greek god you and i know thats not the case. So sometimes we need to push people for info and not just give it to them so easily.... I hope he doesnt just see recomended amounts to take and start injecting himself

Getting spoon fed information is not research and it does you no good. If you need help with a PCT go out and learn about PCTs and put one together and then post it for critique and help.

wow. ive seen so many make the same thread with the same stats and get great treatment. and polite answers. and then this guy, and he has to dodge bullets.
but hes a great sport and isnt taking any offense. hes happily filling out the chore list youve given him.

but as sigmond roid says, always best to do reading first. 1. its best for you. that way you can relate to what you will be told and taught. 2. it shows sigmond there that you are serious about responsibly doing adequate research on it, whether you come up with the right answers or not. then youll get the right advice when all feel you are showing serious dedication to research.

its funny when a seasoned vet, makes an adequate reply offering a "do a nights homework" and i'll answer you tomorrow..........

and then 3 or 4 new guys with 20 posts under the belt offer up.... go read man, no bodys gonna give you no free advice on how to blow up. hes a newb, just let him live and learn on his own. hes just gonna stick himself in the eye anyhow. wanker.

im not pointing any fingers i promise. its just something in general ive noticed with lots.
