    Vitamin Water

    Hello all. I've recently started drinking Vitamin water. It is the brand called Glaceau. They have all kinds of vitamins and stuff like that. LOL I usually have 1 per day, when I'm on the treadmill or sometimes while I'm driving. Depending on the day, that is...

    This particular bottle I have right now contains;
    Medicinal ingredients per bottle: Vitamin b3 5 mg, pantothenic acid 2.5 mg, b6 .5 mg, b12 1.5 mcg, C 150 mg.

    Non medicinal: water, cane sugar, citric acid, fruit and vegetable juices for colour, natural flavour.

    There are no other nutritional items on there such as calories.

    Would these drinks be acceptable as "water"?

    Hope this isn't too long. LOL

    Thanks

    Vitamin water has about 32 grams of sugar per bottle. Sorry, but its not a water substitute. You might as well be drinking fruit juice with that amount of sugar.
