Up until now, I have always been so unhealthy in the way i cut for wrestling season. I start my first season of college wrestling next week and I really wanna do it right this time. I gained about 25 pounds of muscle this off season and i would like to keep as much as possible.

So heres the deal, I weighed in today at 146.0 (I wrestled at 119 throughout high school) and they want me in the 133 spot. We get an official bf test next week, but I'm below 15% for sure.

My question to you is, what do you think the best way for me to keep as much muscle as possible is? I know im going to lose some.

My plan was along the lines of:

Breakfast:
Egg whites
toast w/ pb
banana

Lunch:
protein bar
unsalted nuts
apple

Dinner:
white rice
chicken breast
broccoli

Do you think it would be more favorable to eat more frequently, with smaller meals? Any advice is much appreciated
