Evidently I'm new on the site and I'd appreciate all comments, good and bad! I'm a 23 year old guy who has been athletic my whole life (track, football, basketball, etc). Got older, had kids and focused on my businesses. I want to get into shape as I am a performer and need to keep my image together (examples: 50 cent, Flo Rida, etc). I'm not into BB, just want to look my best. I've been working out regularly for about 2 months now and I want to take the next step and get serious about this. Any suggestions on what I can take to expedite/enhance results. I'm 6-1 and 185, a little body fat but nothing crazy. I want to cut up rather than build mass.
