Long story short i have the money and time to eat right and work out right. To cut down on my bf% so i can go on a bulk diet.
Im about to go to work but this is just a kind of sample so you guy/girls can help me out. I will post macros and all other information asap.
Im on a college budget so i need to buy pretty cheap food. That i can prepare for the whole week.
Of course i will be buying oatmeal, brown rice, tuna, cottage cheese, lettuce, yams, chicken, lean beef, flax oil, olive oil, egg whites.
What other foods should i add. I am going to go to the store at the end of the week and i would like to know what to buy.
Also if someone could point me to the link where you find you bmi and your bodies nutritional needs that would be great i reformatted my hard drive so i lost all my favorites.

Meal 1:
Egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax)
Meal 3:
Lettuce and grilled chicken breast with cottage cheese as dressing.
Workout
Meal 4:
Protein shake right after work out then some sort of chicken, fish etc.
Meal 5:
Green beans, Lean beef, 1/2 cup of brown rice..
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
