What's up everyone? I have been so long out of the workout mix that it is time for a body revolution! I went from 6'3" 228 lbs with lean muscle pitching Division I baseball to a nice hefty 286 in about 4 years. I have been so consumed in work and laziness I just stopped working out and kept putting it off more and more.
Anyways, now I am back at it and since I am going to try to play baseball professionally again I thought it be best to talk about my gear and get some insight! HAHA JK....No pro baseball in my future, but thought that was funny...

I am working out at a local Cross Fit and the workouts are intense. Right now my focus is on burning fat and build what muscle I can while I push to lean up.
