Anavar only + dieting to cut

Hi there, im just about to start a liquid Anavar only cycle of 60mg/ED for 7 weeks.

My goals are to maintain muscle mass while dieting to reach 10%bf & I'm very aware of Anavars mildness but will have Nolva for PCT at 40/40/20/20.

I'm not expecting any muscle gain - only maintaining mass while cutting fat but if I do gain a couple of lbs that would be great!!

    Stats:
    22 years old
    6ft 3
    227lbs
    14% bf (caliper tested)

    My diet summary:
    3136cal
    350g pro
    153g carbs
52g fat - fishoils added should bring this up to 100g + fats
(I'm supplementing BCAA's, Glutamine, Fish oils & Multi Vitamins.)

My questions are - Do my goals seem reasonable and what other supplements should I be mixing in to help my body along as this is my first oral cycle.

Your goals are completely reasonable, and Anavar will do just fine.

The only things you'll want to add are some liver protection, LiverCare/Liv52, and possible looking into running a maintenance dose of test. I was shutdown and lost libido a week or two into cycle @ 100mg a day. I am about to roll off a Test Prop + Anavar 100mg ed cycle here in a week and change. And so far, I have been immensely happy with the results and strength gains.

That's very interesting hope you can update us with the results. Im looking forward to run the same cycle, same doses, and i'm 6'1'' 205 pounds 12% bodyfat so i will be checking this thread regularly.

I know some people that don't want to add test and experience a decrease on livido sometimes add some tribulus terrestris and avena sativa.

You may also want to add some liver protection, LiverCare/Liv52, like boundup said before.

I will definitely look into a supplement to help my liver with the cycle.

Hmm getting shut down 1 week in? interesting.. tribilus may not be enough, maybe a test booster would be a better option. I will try to source some test-e just incase to be safe.

Seems like most of the Vets hate Var and most of the newbs want to start with it. Someone gave me some leftover var, about a 2 week supply. So I took 40ed til I ran out and I did feel harder. Maybe it was all mental as I have only done one other partial cycle in the past, Dianabol for 6 weeks, and made definite gains in strength and size. I was young and dumb, before internet, but everything turned out OK. I am planning a Var (powder) cycle soon with 250 test e maintenance before end of year. I am 41, diet and routine in check, so why not! Anyway good luck with your plan.

Had first dose today of 60mg - tastes pretty bad but not as bad as nolva which im thinking is a bit strange.

Would it be better to have 30mg in morning and 30mg in the afternoon or 60mg in the morning up front?

Seems like a lot of guys with a lot of posts are always advising against var. They don't like the bang for the buck. It seems like half the new people that come here are asking about var too, me included. The general feeling I get is that in most cases it is thought of as a waste, and there are usually better alternatives. Am I wrong?

I'm considering adding some test-e into the cycle at the start of week 3.

Thinking 250mg/wk maybe bump to 500mg if I can get my hands on two vials for a decent price.

week 3 down and everything is going solid - a good path of slow results so far.

I have maintained strength in all my lifts, no feeling of suppression thus far and have dropped 5.5lbs. Last Sunday I had bf tested with calipers and have dropped overall 1.5%, this Sunday another bf test and I will update with the results.
Starting to experience myself not wanting to consume as much food which is a struggle as I know i need to maintain the diet but it shouldn't be a problem.

Results so far as far as fat loss goes I can credit more so on dieting then the var although maintaining strength and added vascularity I think is where it is doing its biggest job.
