i have been drinking a gallon of milk a day now for about 4 months and it is by far the best way to get in calories, fat, carbs, protien. milk is an essential to bulking, over 2000 calories and 140g protien in a gallon. i have put on 20lbs in 4 months, mostly muscle, i can deadlift twice my bodyweight and fell incredibly strong for my size. i have made my weight for wrestling and now i want to go into maintainance but i dont want to give up all the milk, maybe only half a gallon. i just want to know if anybody has done gomad and how they dealt with coming off it, what would a maintainance diet look like and what was your attitude towards gomad
