For PWO, I do myofusion which is a whey, egg albumin, and milk protein blend. I add raw oats, shake and chew em up. Mixed with water.
For a high calorie 'treat' shake, i'll do a whey/casein blend with peanut butter and cinnamon. Blend with ice for a milkshake like consistency.

Right now I'm working out late-night and doing pro/fat. It's 2 scoops chocolate Isopure with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon walnut oil, 1 teaspoon of macadamia nut oil.
