What do you put in them?
I've tried alot of different variations, but anymore I just keep it simple:
10g BCAAs, 5g Creatine, 10g Glutamine
Simple and effective.
Anyone else got any good ones?

I have tried them D7M even the ones what advice protein and ive also read studies backing that theory up but they made no difference so I stopped years ago. Do you feel and see a difference?
Just BCAA's. Don't see a real need to supplement anything other than these and lots of water really.
