age 22 height 5'9 training 1 year body fat: never have taken my body fat but im chubby lol. currently this is my workout routine. day1 shoulders and arms (i include traps bicep and tricep) day2: legs day3: chest and back. i do 4 sets of 15 for mostly everything. my goal is to burn fat. ill be honest i have been slacking on my cardio. this workout routine i got from one of the trainers at my gym. my question is, is this a good workout routine to burn fat? what would you guys recommend?![]()
