Make a temporary change of sorts .
Depending on current goals or level .
Change routine or number days training .
Try power lifting or bodybuilding opposite of what your doing for a short period.
Try being a cardio monster .
If you are a diet king . Eat pizza the night before favorite lift .
I have see these guys using the power bands on a couple lifts looked crazy . Add to my things to do one day lift .
Take a few days off to rethink .
Go to a 8 day split routine .
May not be a answer you want , but don't be depressed .
Think of everyone that cycles . Then imagine a loss of strength or size after you finish AAS . If everyone kept every thing every cycle , we would all be 300lbs.
Keep your chin up .
