Hi everyone, I'm a 27 year old keen on this sport of weight lifting and bodybuilding. I've been doing this for eight years now and have accumulated some fair knowledge of the sport, regarding dieting and training... As we all know you can never know too much and we are all learning as we go along regardless of what age we are, or years we've spent training..... I hope to learn from those who wish to teach, and help those I can with some of my wisdom whenever I can.
