I am right now in PCT and i wonder if doing cardio will hurt my gains? I like to do some forest run with my friends, and maybe get rid of all this water gained during cycle.
How much time, and what intensity will not hurt my gains.

Depends in regards to what intensity will hurt your gains. You'll know when your reaching excessive cardio. Be attentive to your body language.
you will have to increase your calories to compensate for it
