They look fairly even on the pictures, which sounds promising. Do all the liquids look level in the bottles? Does the white text scratch off easilly on the bottles?

23G x 1 1/4 for quads, delts and everything else

22G x 1 1/2 for glutes.

Do you use a diffrent needl to draw if so what size.

not necessary with the amps since you won't be dulling the needle on a rubber stopper, but thicker guage would make drawing quicker/easier. 18g is what most prefer, but you can get away without a separate needle.
