But very little of it compared to protein powder.

MM is a waste and does not offer anywhere near the protein per serving as any other stuff.

I read the label at BJ's one day and wondered who would spend that much money for so little protein.

I don't recommend it to users but it does contain a decent amount of various pros.

    Carbs...

Could be just a newbie question here, but isn't 85 grams of carbs high? (In regards to ON's protein listed above) Just wondering...thanks.

    You guys are hilarious.

Those saying "only 25 grams of protein in two scoops" vs ON gainer having "60 grams of protein in 1 scoop" clearly can't read that "2 scoops" of muscle milk = 50 grams of powder...whereas "1 scoop" of ON = 165 grams of powder.

    i.e.

If you were taking in 165 grams of muscle milk powder, you'd be getting 82.5 grams of protein... 22.5 grams more protein than you'd get from the equivalent amount of ON gainer.

    Learn to read labels dudes.

As to the two products, both are good products.

Pick the one that best suits you.

Probably junk. I don't even think it's an isolate. Protein sources may be inconsistent, especially with the cheaper proteins. Stick to a reputable company.
