    Diet books?

I've been doing some reading in the diet section because I would like to become as much of an expert on this as possible. It's the most important thing and I just haven't been able to get it down. I need something that starts with the absolute basics and goes on from there. I know there has to be some informative books out there like this.

    Any suggestions?

all you need is to know how to control cals for specific goals, a chart guiding you as to how much protein/fat/carbs is contained in a certain food and a set of good kitchen scales and your set. alot of those books orientated towards bodybuilding diet are repetitive and expensive crap. anita bean sport nutrition books are great and from a scientific stand point.

Check out some of things that Dr. D'Adamo offers: http://www.4yourtype.com/departments.asp?dept=7 He has a lot of things geared towards anti-aging and such. Good stuff to explore that will help compliment your newly instated TRT program.

Own, no. But I've read some of the material. I HIGHLY suggest it. It retails for $89 dollars, but EF members can get it right now for only $74.97. Plus, if you invest in it before midnight TONIGHT, you can use today's coupon code - 5D09DF61A5 - to take an extra $55 off the already discounted price - so the complete e-book only runs you only $19.97 Pretty good deal if you ask me, and it's full of really really great information suited for guys like us.
