I am used to T3 being dosed at 100mcg/ml.
I just noticed AFTER I took it that the sponsors T3 is actually dosed at 200mcg/ml. This means that I actually took in 150mcg when I thought I was taking in 75mcg.
This is just a one time thing. Is it going to cause THAT much damage? Should I eat extra calories to make up for it to prevent losing muscle?
