Hello All,
I'm a newbie to this world, just waiting to get my feet wet. 5'09", 187 with around 15-16%BF. In march I was 208 with 32%BF. I've cleaned my diet, worked with a trainer to get my BF down. I'd like to be back at 205ish with 10-12%.. I'm open to Routine suggestions and ideas and I'm hear to learn!!
