    Smile Pre Work out Supplments while on Cycle

    Hey guys I am starting my cycle now with Anadrol 50, and Test E. And just looking into pre work out supplements and what your opinions are on this matter while on cycle.

    NO2? - Heard it gives a good pump and good focus and energy to get in the gym and smash everyone


    And there are some more from like syntec: Napalm, and there's Jack3d


    Also what are your opinions on taking BCAA"s after workout? whats a good brand? I had a BSC product but the tablets were huge and the dosage was ridiculous.

    Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm on 100mg A-bombs, 600mg test and 300mg Deca and need absolutley NO motivation to get into the gym.. When you are on that much gear you need motivation NOT to go to the gym.. trust me man.. all that stuff is bullsh*t, your gonna have such a great natural pump you won't want anything else.

    yeah with drol pumps are borderline painfull anyway. If you want pre workout energy buy caffine pills or ephedrine. I like to sip on bcaa's in a drink while I'm working out.

    I agree with posts skip the pre-workout! If you need a extra kick drink a strong cup of coffee I don't know why you would need it with the gear your on also a good amino acid is xtend by scivation I mix it in a bottle and drink through out my workout

    I seem to need a pre-workout since my workouts are first thing in the morning. When i dont drink my NO im falling a sleep therefore mmy workouts suck.

    Workouts first thing in the morning without carbs/fat/protein is good for cutting losing weight also muscle not good for putting muscle mass on.

    Someone somewhere in a muscle mag put it in these terms if a car needs fuel to run. Your body is in a sense the same your body needs fuel the bodys fuel being carbs mainly, and protein and fat, best thing to do eat a banana it's convenient and it will give you quickly digested carbs

    Well i eat some oatmeal before i hit the gym so thats carbs. The thing is that i work the evening shift and the only gym we have in my shity little town closes before i get out.

    Oats are a good sources of carbs it's a slower digesting carb but it'll work

    I try to get a good solid meal consisting of 60 grams of slow digesting carbs before my workout I feel fuller I work out harder I feel stronger. Try it have a bowl of whole wheat pasta and ground turkey meat and prego. There's many combinations of meals endless pick up a muscle mag.

    If you don't have time for a full meal in the morning try mixing up a good meal replacement protein in a blender. Milk,banana,protein,peanut butter is great source of quick energy.

    Good idea ill drink a shake before my workout.

    I drink about 1/2 a glass of milk with protein before I head out to the gym. By the time I get to the gym by body metabolism's picked up and I'm ready to go.

    OP, the fact that you think you'll need pre-workout supps on AAS makes me think this is your first cycle. If this is the case, you should not be using Anadrol.

    have oats and shake 45-60mins b4 you train, have fast acting simple carbs (lucozade etc) 15mins b4 training. i also workout 1st thing and this works great for me
