    Revised diet what u guys think.

    What up guys, well the reason why i am starting this new diet is cause im trying to drop some body fat and maintaine the muscle i already have. Im at about 17%bf the goal is to reach 15%bf.

    Her it is:
    Meal 1: Oatmeal with one sweetlow pack.
    Workout
    Meal 2: (whey protin shake) 2 whole eggs and 5 eggs whites.
    snack: one can of tuna with lemon an salt.
    Meal 3: chicken breast with brown rice or beans an veggies.
    Meal 4: top sirloin steak an Sweet potato.
    meal 5: Tilapia an veggies.
    (Casein/Fat Free Cottage cheese) Bedtime.

    Good. Maybe 1tbsp olive oil drizzled over the veggies

    I thought we worked out your diet somewhat previously? It doesn't look like you took many of the suggestions. Also, you should know by now that we want to see time of day for each meal, portion size and macro nutrient info. C'mon bro!!! See BOLD
