My name is Chunk, from SC. I've been working out regularly for about 2 years now. I have seen good results from the store bought products, mainly creatine and protein. I feel like as hard as I have been working at it I should be seeing more results. My arms, chest, back and legs are beginning to show decent definition. My main problem is diet, as with most. No matter how hard I try or how much cardio I do, my midsection is coming along at a snails pace. This is what has brought me to this website. Hopefully with the help of you more experienced guys out there I will be able to reach my goals. My first goal is to get rid of the "muffin top" and put on a little more bulk before I start to get serious on cutting. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
