I'm 26 years old,I'm natural and working out for 10 years with very good results.
My life is very hardly and I'm often stressed.
From 1 year ago I see my first white hair and some facial wrinkle.
So this winter I would plane a rejuvenation plane for improve my skin/hair condition and for amy general wellness.
I plane to take some hgh,I think 2,5-3 ui day for 1,5-2 months,multivitamin-multimineral all days(I thake it all year),antioxidant,coq10,vit e.
Do you think about this plane?
There are important supplements for rejuvenation that I forgot in my list and is better add to my plane?
