    My workout scedule

    Stats:
    Age: 30
    Heigth: 181 cm
    Weigth 90 kg
    BF:14-15% according to my calipper.

    Training Experience:
Different martial arts for about 12 years.
    Serious lifting exp 18 months.

    Goals:
Bulk up for the time beeing, will be focusing on dropping my bf to 12% after my cycle and pct is over.

No current injuries, but i have a knee problem at times(tho i haven't felt it that much after i started lifting)

Currently running a test-e cycle, running it for 10 weeks. Week 4 starting today.

    Training Scedule:

    Monday:
    1,5 hours Muy Thai
    Tuesday:
    Chest/Biceps
    Wedensday:
    1,5 hours Muy Thai
    Thursday:
    Upper Back/Forearms
    Friday:
    Lower Back/Triceps
    Saturday:
    Legs/Abs

I do dropset's on Chest/Biceps/Triceps. Other then that i just do 4 set to failure keeping it at 8-10 reps, usualy have my partner forcing in some reps on the last few sets.

I was doing a 2 day routine before witch made me overtrained from time to time, i'm feeling less of that with this routine. I do have some issues with my leg day since i feel they are always beeing pounded with exercise, but nothing realy bad.

I probably could be more informative, but i think iv'e stated enough facts for my question.

Does this look like a nice workout routine for a 30 year old? Is there some general tips and suggestions i could get to further tweak this?

I do feel that i'm progressing but i am starting to wonder if i'm training to much for maximum growth since i am bulking atm.

when you say "lower back" - are you referring to reverse hyper-extension style stuff ? or do you mean cable / DB row style exercises ? why don't you just combine the back into one days workout ?

i don't do my abs on my leg day because they'll get worked out doing legs (squats). then again, i don't do many traditional ab stuff (ie crunches / sit ups). i do mostly overall core stuff.

when doing your muay thai stuff, is the first day concentrating on punches and second day kicks ? or is it always a little bit of both each time ?
