Just started back in the gym been 10 years since I stepped foot back in. Due to being young and ignorant I got big and strong fast, I got hurt. Guess it was due to being only 5"5 and 113 lbs starting and weighing 143lbs and benching 255lbs after, I got hot headed. So im not new to this scene but I am getting back in it and trying to get more educated on what to use and what not to use. I am currently using Tren Acetate 100mg and hated the side effects at first but thank god I manned up and stayed with it. My gains and strength are coming really fast. I just have major issues with diet. I eat all day and night drink protein shakes and still only gaining about 2lbs per week. I'm very open to try new things so if anyone has any suggestions let me know as far as in stacks or work out methods or even diet tips. Im currently 138lbs and my dream goal is 165lbs. thanks and glad to be aboard...![]()
