AGREED.. except Zinc and Magnesium before bed.. there are tons of "ZMASS" products out there that are cheap i have seen good results with them
Also, it is important to incorporate a casien protien shake before bed every night.. My motto was to eat as much as you can (keep it clean"ish") and then drink a protien shake (1 scoop) i got up to 220lbs naturally that way when i was 17-20.. and my older brothers were 30 and 50lbs lighter than me..
I did Androstien at 18/19 and steroids at 20, because i thought that i wasn't big enough and even did proper PCT.. but no (at 27) I have 40% the natural test production i should have at my age and less than the normal test production of an 80 year old man.. just do yourself a favor and wait a couple more years, its not worth it.. i lost all those gains once i graduated college and entered the work force.. so i basically F*cked myself for life for nothing.
