What's up fellas, ok I'm 24 I've been working out causaly for about 8 months, drinking protien, and a preworkout drink. And have done a couple PH cycles. Yes I'm impressed with results thus far, but its like weightlifting is a drug for me and I'm ADDICTED!!!! So the questions is what's my best way to bulk up I currently weigth a steady 150 but am looking to be around 170. I have the drive but looking for the eduacation aspect of weightlifting. I'm new to this site and I'm already hooked someone help me with diet, maybe new lifting routine cause I need to shock my muscles as I think my current routine has hit a plateau. Any info would be great thanks a lot..
