just wanted to know if it makes a difference what pin you use for different gear? I have heard that you can use a 23g for almost everything, just wanted to know before I invest, thanks!

23-25g is the most popular, needle length varies depending on injection site. For example glutes req 1.5", quads 1", delts 1" & etc.

Do not use a 18", some people use 22" for injctions, i like 23" with different lengths for different body parts

I get on just fine with a 21g 1.5" pin for glutes!

Use a 23 g 1-1.5" until you develop too much scar tissue and need to use a larger diameter. When the pin squeaks and crunches going in, you know its time to find a new spot or if you don't have any spots left use a bigger needle lol.
