I figured i would introduce myself.
Im 37 ,5'11 ,197ibs About 17% bf
I did my own estimate based on a online calculator
I entered all my measurments and thats the nr it spit out.
I have been lifting on and off ,mostly off actually.
For the last 2 years though i have gotten very serious about diet and excersise.
I lost 25 ibs ,and now i am gaining some muscle.
Very modest gains though.
That is why i have come here ,to learn more about how i can reach my goals.
I want to get a head start on not getting old and flabby at 40.
