ok its obvious that the best way to go about it is test, test and test at the start.. wondering maybe if there is a good test-like substitute that would give the similar results or jump start. as i said in my previous post.... im 6ft1 170 pounds been lifting for years but never to get bigger as i was a soccer star played in college until a four knee surgeries. now im purely focused on putting on 10 more pounds and staying ripped as possible while gaining strength. who isnt right? i generally have a good diet, some days i wont get all the calories id like but normally do OK. i definetly focus on getting protein and im looking into also buying one of those pure mass weight gainers. any insight would be good. thanks guys
