    First cycle nutritional help

    Hey guys,
So i've started my first cycle on sust 500 12 weeks, deca 200 10 weeks, winny 5 weeks at the end. I am hoping to gain alot of muscle but at the same time lose some excess body fat im carrying around my belly, i dont mind if this hinders my gains abit as long as im looking a fair bit leaner and bigger then pre cycle.
i go to the gym 5 days a week and do cardio 3 times a week. Summer is coming here in 3 months so im really trying to get into abit of shape before then. I'm 184 cm and weight is 180lbs..
Ive been told ill put on alot of mass with the sust and deca, and if i eat clean it will be good mass without too much fat ontop. And hopefully in the last 5 weeks i can use winstrol to cut the fat and water weight put on. At the last 5 weeks should I cut carbs back or continue eating the same amount but with more cardio?

My current diet includes 7 meals a day. Im finding it hard to eat everything in this first week, but im told after 3 or 4 weeks i will be eating this much easily and much more ontop. Should i continue eating this amount or cutback the calories untill i actually begin to feel hungry enough?

    Meal 1:
4 weetbix and cup of milk
2 scoops of whey protien in 1 cup of oats
    1 banana

    WORKOUT

    Meal 2: post workout
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 banana

    Meal 3:
    1 steak/chicken breast
    half cup of brown rice
    broccoli, rocket and cucumber
    1 orange

    Meal 4:
    1 chicken breast
    broccoli, rocket and tomatoes

    Meal 5:
    1 chicken breast
    broccoli, rocket and cucumber
    Handful almonds

    Meal 6:
    can of tuna
    2 whole eggs
    broccoli
    handful of almonds

    Meal 7:
    2 scoops whey protein

This includes 20% fats, 35% carbs and 45% protien. This is a total of 2900 calories. Is this on the right track?
Are the carbs enough to keep me growing on a cycle but at the same time not put on too much excessive fat. Ive cut out all salts and sugars too.

I know you're not here for cycle advice, but how old are you and what are your stats?

Definitely keep eating the same amount

Continue eating, your body will adjust

    Meal 1:
4 weetbix and cup of milk
2 scoops of whey protien in 1 cup of oats
    1 banana

The oats are a great carb source, do you really need the weetbix and milk? You could even drop the banana, make it 1 scoop of whey and couple whole eggs and some whites. The more real food, the better. Berries in the oats would be a better choice then a banana IMO

    WORKOUT

    Meal 2: post workout
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 banana

Get in some carbs here. You can keep the banana, but add 1 cup of oats, or look into waxy maize or vitagro

    Meal 3:
    1 steak/chicken breast
    half cup of brown rice
    broccoli, rocket and cucumber
    1 orange

Drop the orange. What's a rocket?

    Meal 4:
    1 chicken breast
    broccoli, rocket and tomatoes

Add some fat here - maybe a drizzle of olive oil over your veggies

    Meal 5:
    1 chicken breast
    broccoli, rocket and cucumber
    Handful almonds

    Meal 6:
    can of tuna
    2 whole eggs
    broccoli
    handful of almonds

    Meal 7:
    2 scoops whey protein

Make this casein protein. Add 1tbsp of natty PB to slow protein absorption. Alternatively, you can go with whole milk cottage cheese, or a lean steak

This includes 20% fats, 35% carbs and 45% protien. This is a total of 2900 calories. Is this on the right track?

Comments above in bold. Can't answer your calorie question because we don't know your TDEE, you need to work that out. Good to cut carbs out at night IMO.

    Thanks for replying mate.
I'm 24 years old, 184cm, 180lbs, approx 20% bf, been working out for 2 and a half years on and off. have been very serious with my dieting for the past 4 or 5 months.

So if i keep eating the same amount of calories when on finishing off with winstrol, i should just up the cardio? Ive been told you can reduce calories by around 100 or 200 a day and see the results.

I dont really need the weetbix with milk, its more of a meal there to increase caloric intake at breakfast time, but i can change that up with eggs, ill put some strawberries or raspberries on the oats and protien too.

Rocket is similar to spinach, and i will definately start putting some olive oil into the meals with less fat.

Ok so before bed ill just have, 100g of low fat cottage cheese and natural peanut butter one table spoon, is that good enough?

Personally I think your BF is too high to be running a cycle, even a cutting cycle, but you're already in so too late for that I guess.

I love blueberries in my oats, but strawbeerries or raspberries are both fine too.

Yes, I would eat at the same caloric level and if you want a small deficit, up the cardio. You should be doing 5x a week anyway on a cutter.

yeah i understand what you mean when saying my bf is too high, kinda just got too excited and jumped on it.. hoping it will atleast make the fat go to more aesthetically pleasing places

Damn it - I swear the guys that sell this shit to 'the ignorant' should be shot.

    How far along are you?

My advice? Stop cold turkey right now and I'm dead serious. You are young enough that it will have no repercussion. You'll bounce back fast, but you are way to ignorant to be using creatine let alone AAS.

mate most of the guys who sell this shit are more ignorant then myself, i actually consider myself alot more versed in steroid usage as ive been researching since the beginning of this year. Alot of people dont even advise PCT, saying you dont need it if your only doing 500 sust. You would be surprised.
Id rather finish the cycle and take it as a learning curve. But thanks for your advice eitherway.

One of two things should happen with this. Either lock and destroy it so no newbs think this is a good idea OR make it a sticky of what NOT to do.

Bro - putting this very bluntly. You have no business touching any type of AAS at this point in your life.

Your knowledge is bleak and you are the exact reason AAS have a bad name.

    Sucks.

    thanks for that buddy,

so anyway im expecting to gain a fair bit of muscle mass, is the above nutritional plan on the right path or should i up it even more, example more carb intake.. and round week 12 i can up my HIIT and lower the carb intake thus lowering the calories too.

I agree with LB. Doesn't bother me that you're 24 what does bother me is you haven't put in the effort to get to the point where you need AAS. Those of us who use them correctly have a very healthy ammount of respect for what they do and still work very hard to achieve our goals. Taking shortcuts with your body isn't really a good idea. I'd stop the cycle and just concentrate on food and excercise.
