Nizoral 2% usage frequency

Is there any reason (aside from cost) to not use Nizoral 2% every time that I shampoo (which is every day)?

From what I've heard, it's not the best. It will get your hair dry and not especially nice to touch. Using it twice a week is more than enough I reckon.
