    You see difference in pics yet?

    Hey guys I am on day 23 I only have pics from day 16, but if you look at my pic comment for me, I am curious if its just in my head. But I really feel like Im leaning up fast. Plus I dropped one pound while adding 200 300 cals a day, wild. Can you all see any diff slightly The first pics are day 16 the second are day 23. Thanks ---
