185lbs @ 4.5% body-fat
Currently:
230lbs @ too much body-fat (I don't want to know!)
Worst:
250lbs! I lost 20lbs so far (don't laugh, I used P90x for just 2 months + diet changes)
Actually, my problem is not so much a lack of desire, but my body's lack of capacity to heal. My family was in shock at how much weight I gained... A lot of the issue was back problems, which pushed me away from lifting.
Keep in mind, I was a college athlete; I lifted for strength not size. However, now that I'm no longer competing, I suppose its all for show so I might as well learn more about the bodybuilding angle.
My biggest challenge will be to figure out how to get in good shape without aggravating a 12 year old back injury. Wish me luck guys...
