Im still rounding out my diet so i can post it on here for critique.
stats= 30yrs, 6ft, 170, very low body fat
Im usually rushed in the mornings but im trying to stuff down as much oatmeal as I can and I was wondering what you guys think about oatmeal cookies vs the reg stuff. Not store bought, but mama's homemade from real oatmeal with no preservatives. I know they got butter and sugar and shit in them, but is this a good substitute for a few days out of the week?
